The GWD gyro instrument is the ultimate gyro survey instrument for wireline, memory and MWD applications.  It provides a flexible solution for all survey applications including wireline continuous survey / orientation,  memory drop and multishot, GMWD applications and gyro steering. It was designed to meet the vigorous requirements of the O&G drilling market. Fusion GMWD System for Horizontal Directional Drilling Applications

 

The most compact easy to use HDD Gyro MWD system
 

Using our expertise from Oil and Gas gyro instrument design, we have developed the Fusion™ system for Horizontal Directional Drilling applications. The Fusion gyro integrates an all angle northseeking solid state gyro with onboard magnetics, to provide traditional steering tool support for magnetic tracking purposes. Additionally the Fusion system has the ability to provide both drillpipe and annulus pressure readings for hole monitoring purposes. The Fusion gyro uses a patented technology to take real time surveys and is designed to withstand the shock and vibration of the drilling environment.

GMWD Slimhole Retrievable MWD System

Flexible low cost integrated slimhole GMWD system

The GMWD is an innovation in the MWD market. It is a compact positive pulse retrievable MWD system designed for kick off and orientation applications and is compatible with many existing MWD systems in the market today.  Designed to be low cost and high reliability to survive the vigours of the MWD environment,  it provides fast northseek surveys on connection as well as continuous gyro steering. It does not suffer from magnetic interference and does not need a non mag in the hole.  The GMWD uses the latest MEMS sensor technology for accuracy and reliability.

GS2 Gyro Solid State Survey System

The most flexible north seeking gyro system available 

After further development of the Gyroflex™ Solid State line of GTL wellbore surveying technology, GTL has introduced the Gyroflex Steering Tool (GS2). The GS2 is a high accuracy solid state (MEMS) northseeking gyro survey tool, which can  provide both  high accuracy all angle continuous surveys, as well as drop memory services. . Combining the flexibility of the Gyroflex product range with the increased ruggedness of solid state sensors. The technology has no moving parts and provides further advances in “gyro-flexibility”

The MINS gyro instrument is a micro northseeking gyro survey instrument.. It is the worlds smallest northseeking gyro instrument that can be run in a pressure case as small at 30mm, designed to meet the vigorous requirements of the O&G market. The MINS family of survey tools are capable of wireline or drop / memory operation and provide a low power and low heat dissipation for extend survey times in high temperature applications. The MINS tools offer all angle northseeking,  MS, Drop, orientation survey capability.  The MINS instruments uses the latest MEMS sensor technology for accuracy and reliability.
